2023 Bronco Raffle
**Drawing July 5, 2024**

Participants must be legal residents of the United States and licensed drivers who are 18 years of age or older. 

Raffle tickets must be purchased from committee members or participating businesses by cash or check only. All ticket sales are non-refundable.

Only official raffle tickets will be accepted. No photocopies permitted.

IRS rules state that a raffle ticket purchase does NOT qualify as a tax-deductible charitable gift.

Prize is nontransferable and no substitutions for cash or other vehicles may be made by the winner.

Pool committee members are allowed to purchase tickets and participate in this raffle.

Winner will be selected in a random Live drawing to be conducted after all 1,000 available tickets are sold. Winner need not be present. The winner will be notified by phone and/or mail/email. 

Winner is responsible for income and all other taxes, license, title, registrations and other expenses associated with receiving the prize. 

Winner must make arrangements with Frontier Motors Ford to receive the car in Winner, SD.

Winner is responsible for any arrangements and expenses for delivery of the vehicle to any location outside of Winner, SD.

Odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible entries received. A maximum number of 1,000 raffle tickets will be sold. 

Entry and acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission to use the winner's name, photograph or other likeness for the purpose of promotion on behalf of The Gregory Pool Fund/City of Gregory and Frontier Motors Ford. 

Proceeds from this raffle may be used for expenses directly related to future pool fundraising.
